The staff is so friendly. Being from Pennsylvania with our son attending IU Stacey has been so helpful and goes beyond in helping us get the right coverage for our son. The rest of the staff who I had small conversations with while Stacey was away from her desk have also provided me with answers to questions I had in the past. Hands down 5 STARS for this agency.
