ROLE DESCRIPTION As a customer-oriented expert, you will market premier Life and Health insurance services and products, including Medicare Supplements and prescription drug plans, to benefit clients and their families. Your prior experience in selling health insurance, particularly Medicare-related products, will enable you to provide essential security to our customers during times of need. We are eager to enhance our successful agency with your specialized skill set.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful
  • Assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
DESIRED ABILITIES
  • Proven experience in selling health insurance products, specifically Medicare Supplements and prescription drug plans
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and analytical.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Life & Health License (must have currently)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Positive attitude.

Compensation $75,000.00 per year
